The shipment of your package
After completing your order it will remain in processing for a maximum of two working days.
Shipping Times
Delivery takes place between 2 and 5 working days, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
Courier service
The courier that Laboratorio Silvana relies on for shipments in Italy is SDA.
Shipping cost
Shipments are free (Italy) for orders upon 60€.
For orders upon 120€ for other countries.
Laboratorio Silvana ships at the cost of:
- 7€ Shipping in Italy (for orders under 60€)
- 20€ International shipping (Europe)
Shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Incorrect shipping
If you have received an item that you have not ordered, we ask you to return it, following the instruction that you will find on the Terms for withdrawal page.
If the courier has delivered you a damaged package but the items are intact, you can use another box to make the return.
