Customer can assert his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless he has purchased for purposes related to his personal business, or with a VAT number (Article 64 et seq. Of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).
The return of goods is by law at the expense and risk of the Customer.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
Returns not previously authorized in writing or by email from Laboratorio Silvana s.r.l.s. will not be accepted.
Phase 1: notify us within 14 days of receipt directly from the laboratoryosilvana.com site by accessing your reserved area, orders section: the return request form is found on the detail page of each order.
Phase 2: wait for written confirmation via email from Laboratorio Silvana s.r.l.s. and proceed with the shipment of the package following the instructions provided. Keep a copy of the document issued by the carrier until the return is validated. The article must be intact. It must be returned new, unused, with no signs of damage or dirt or other defects. Silvana s.r.l.s. laboratory reserves the right to refuse any return of items without these requirements.
Phase 3: in case of damage to the item during the return transport, Laboratorio Silvana s.r.l.s. will communicate what happened and the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Silvana s.r.l.s. will refund the value of the item within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the goods.
By making a purchase you declare that you accept these conditions without reservation and you bind yourself not to give neutral or negative feedback on the matter as it is adequately informed before the purchase.
